2000

Carrier Software (CS) was founded as a motor carrier safety data and risk analysis business.  Most of the nation’s largest fleets relied on our safety data analyses.

2001

CS introduced a searchable marketing leads database. We developed a software application to make searching and reporting on these leads fast and efficient.

2004

CS developed an agency management system for truck insurance agencies.

2008

CS launched its online Motor Carrier Leads website.

2010

CS developed a Fleet Safety Analysis for smaller (10 to 500 power units) motor carriers.  This innovative product was the industry’s first analysis to use red/yellow/green color-code bar charts to visually depict safety performance.

2010

CS teamed up with Tommy Ruke (and a few professionals) to launch the first Transportation Risk Specialist program to teach truck insurance.  This program led to the formation of MCIEF.

2011

CS introduced its motor carrier monitoring product so that stakeholders could stay informed of any changes with their truck clients.

2012

CS launched an affordable user-friendly, easily understood underwriting analysis for agents and MGAs.

CS launched its vehicle history analysis.

2017

CS introduced its CSA Safety Improvement Program that provided motor carriers a real-time safety management system and hired a Safety Director to support our trucking clients’ safety training needs.

CS added it ELD / Telematics monitoring program

2020

CS introduced its industry-leading, DOT Leads product which includes email marketing and an integrated CRM.

CS launched the industry’s only drag-and-drop configurable Vehicle Underwriting (VU) report tools.  At last, insurance companies could easily configure different reports for underwriting, risk management/loss control and claims.
